Our Story

After serving churches in South Carolina and Florida, Justin and Angie Woodall were called to ministry in Saint Petersburg in 2013. They spent two years prayerfully establishing the firstfruits of a church – seeking local support, building relationships and meeting with families in their own living room. In 2015, early formations of City Church sprouted at the Campus Grind coffee shop for bible studies and small gatherings, and, in 2016, City Church hosted its first Sunday morning service in a former call center on Central Ave.

Today, we meet in the heart of downtown St. Pete, at the AMC Sundial Theatre, where God has graciously and intentionally placed us to live out our faith and serve our city as a body of believers.
